TRENDS to Community Success

Team! We are one servant, 1000’s strong! We value our team members. The resources given to us are not our own. Collectively, we see a need and move to meet that need.

Relational motivated! People are our axis. Friends come before money, projects, systems, structure and results.

Excellence driven! Everything we do, we strive to do with excellence. Integrity is our foundation, from there we live and work with hands open. Not driven by ambition or results!

National ownership! We believe nationals have the ability and the resources to meet their own needs, build their communities, and lead their churches. So, we build relationships as we live with and in the community. Always training, developing, and equipping national servant-leaders as they discover economic opportunities and care for the needs of their community. We strive to restore honor, dignity, and self-efficacy.

Discrimination is the antithesis of human equality. We celebrate the richness of human diversity in culture, personality, experience, influence, and education.

Servants! We are extremely careful to never establish ourselves as the authority but rather a strong, submissive, influential servant-leader with wisdom and experience. 

We love people! No matter what circumstances or background of the individual or the community as a whole. We desire to serve the community, love the individual, and live the gospel.

I believe TRENDS is a great starting point for communal evangelism, Great Commandment emphasis, and Great Commission impact.
